Submission does not make content public; publication requires the applicable approval and release process.

Material is published only after the applicable editorial, research or administrative approval. Public pages may be corrected, updated, archived or withdrawn. Unless a specific licence states otherwise, publication does not transfer ownership and does not permit others to reuse material beyond applicable law.

The website design, branding and content produced by IndabaX Burundi or its licensors remain protected by their respective rights. Third-party names, logos and works remain the property of their owners. Do not remove notices or imply endorsement without permission.

Do not use the platform illegally; attempt to compromise its security or availability; impersonate another person; upload malicious material; automate abusive requests; infringe another person’s rights; scrape private information; or use platform functions to threaten, harass or deceive. Security research requires prior written authorization.

We may restrict or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, the platform or its processes; respond to misuse; enforce published rules; or comply with an applicable requirement.
